The Middie Travelers Basketball Program has once again partnered with the Cincinnati Area Youth Basketball League (CAYBL) for this winter season.  Our intention this year is to have two teams formed at each grade level. This program will be a selected process based on the player's basketball ability, their dedication to the sport, and attitude/willingness to work hard and learn.  Tryouts dates differ by grade level.  Please pay close attention to the information listed below.  Practices will start at the end of October and games will start the first week of December and conclude in February. 

YOU MUST BE AT A TRYOUT TO BE ON A TEAM!  

Registration – Registration will take place at the tryouts.  The parent/guardian of the player trying out MUST BE present on the tryout date.  Please have your child's birth certificate at registration.  Uniform fitting will also take place at tryouts.  Forms will be filled out and more additional information will be given on tryout night.

Payment - $125.00.  Fees must be paid in full before the first practice or the player may not practice.  The $125.00 payment covers the cost of league fees, referees, uniforms, and 2-3 practices per week, along with a team banquet at the conclusion of the season.

Tryout Dates:

Grade 3:	Monday, 10/17 AND Wednesday, 10/26	6:00-7:00
Grade 4:	Monday, 10/17 AND Wednesday, 10/26	7:00-8:00
Grade 5:	Wednesday, 10/19 AND Monday, 10/24	6:00-7:00
Grade 6:	Wednesday, 10/19 AND Monday, 10/24	7:00-8:30
Location:	Wade E. Miller Gym (varsity home game location) Middletown Middle School Campus 1515 Girard Avenue

**Other Options:
We encourage all young men to attend the tryout to participate in the Middletown Boys Basketball program.  For those players who do not get selected to a CABYL team, there will be an alternate option this winter to still participate on a team.  This information will be communicated to those young men who do not get selected to a traveling squad following tryouts.
